Hi Everybody!

As you can probably guess, my name is Gunnar Cook. I am a student at University of Wisconsin River Falls, currently double majoring in business administration and modern languages with an emphasis in spanish, as well as minoring in chemistry. GCPD is a project I have been working on for the past two years or so. I have always had a passion for photography but late in the summer of 2006 I began to shift my interest from predominately landscape and nature photography to portrait photography. Since then I have been working hard to improve my skills as a portrait photographer. Thus far I can say I am glad I have turned my focus towards portraiture, even in its infancy GCPD has helped me meet many wonderful people and I look forward to meeting many more in the future.

Being the new kid on the block in a town with many amazing photographers can be tough, so I would like to say thank you to all of those who have helped me out by telling your friends and family and spreading the word about my work to others. I appreciate it more than you can ever know.
